Q. Will you setup my web site so it is ready for the Internet?

Without having you lift a finger, we do everything from site design to complete content. However, if you already have a site or other documentation, we will take your information and create a new professional web site using your pictures and content. Either way, we do the work so you don't have to.


Q. Can I make changes to my own web site?

You sure can. Simply login, select the page you want to work on and begin typing. Yes, it really is that simple. Of course, if you want to add images, link to other pages and sites, the editor can do all that too very easily. We even have video tutorials to help you get started.


Q. How much does a web site cost?

There is a one time $650.00 setup fee. This pays for our time to design and build a site that is uniquely for you, hopefully using some of your images, colors and logo to personalize it.

There is a monthly fee of $24.95 to host your web site as well as host the Home Listing system integrated into your web site.


Q. Can I depend on you for service and longevity?

Concerning service, you will not find someone more willing and capable to make sure any issues that arise are taken care of immediately. We are here to help you in any way possible. Some of our clients have never opened the on-line editor to make changes to their site, that's ok, it doesn't take us long to add content for you.

Concerning longevity, we have been building web sites for builders since 2002, and have expanded to other occupations in the construction industry and other industries. Maintaining web sites does take a bit of work, but because we have very little overhead you can rest assured that we will be around for a long time.


Q. How did you as a designer/builder get involved with web sites?

As a home designer I wanted to find a way to offer services no other design firm was offering, so I developed a web site for myself so that builders and their clients could login and view their house plans during the design phase. This was such a big hit that I further decided to set these systems up on sites made available to the builders we worked for. Everything we now offer, I use myself as a builder to better communicate with my clients. Everything we now offer in our builder web sites is also used throughout my daily tasks to get bids and instruct my sub-contractors about a job.


Q. What makes your sites different than others?

Throughout the years I have learned a great deal about what people are looking for in a web site. The truth is, most people know very little or nothing about web sites so they gravitate toward great service and presentation value with high expectations. Some people have been price shocked and very dissatisfied with the high cost of custom web sites that offer nothing to their site visitors, or even bewildered and stuck not knowing what to do with the Wal-Mart, do-it-yourself web sites of,, and others. We continue to help these people from their dissatisfied and bewildered experiences with something very practical, powerful and professional.

I am also artistic by nature and this helps me offer beautiful professional web sites that give our clients the professional presence on the Internet that they want. Typically using the clients company colors and images, I put together a web site that exceeds the expectations and needs of our clients. Most of your photos have a more natural overtone, which require a site design to highly compliment your photos.

The biggest thing that makes us different is our Home Listings system that we include that is designed to display homes you have for sale or sold, custom homes for current projects, a plan center where you and your clients can login to view, print and email plans and so much more. Even large production builders like, Pulte, Allen Edwin Homes and others do not offer more from their web site then what you could be offering your clients for a fraction of the cost.
